Terms and Conditions for Final Customers

1) Choose any 2 mains from main course menu (except Wagyu items top up of $10).

 Drinks include choice of: Singapore Sling Mocktail, Sour Plum Mocktail, soft drinks or selected alcoholic beverages.

Local favourites tingkat includes: Chilli Crab Fries, Chefs Special Otah Tofu and Five Bar Signature Wings. 

2) In-store redemption from Saturdays to Thursdays, excluding Fridays.

3) Merchant reserves the right to substitute items of similar value in the end of unavailability.

4) Take-out option is available and subject to surcharge at point of order

Voucher redemption validity: 15th July to 30 October 2025 ( refer to purchase voucher periods which it must be used)

Voucher Promotion validity: 1st July to 30 September 2025

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of voucher will result in returning only 80% of voucher value before the voucher expiration dates.

  • Partners can submit a request for transfer of voucher to another agent/ partner. This agent/ partner must have an active account on www.eataway.com.sg at time of transfer in order receive the voucher. Transfer is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. 
  • Direct refunds are not allowed for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that has not been issued to an end customer. Partner can request for same value replacement of voucher. Replacement is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept.
  • Direct refunds for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that is issued to an end customer can be requested and subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. A refund fee that is 20% of the face value of the voucher will be levied if a refund request is approved. Eg. Face value of S$20 will be charged with a S$4 refund fee.
