  2. Pre-order conditions: 7 Working days advance notification.
  • Delivery to One Location Only (Hotel Concierge). Delivery Days will Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Information required: 
    1) Hotel Name and Address
    2) Customer Name 
    3) Customer Contact number that is reachable via WhatsApp 
    4) Hotel Room Number
    5) Dates of stay (Not including check in/check out days)

Eataway Voucher Usage T&Cs (For Partners to take note)

  • Maximum expiry period of each voucher is for 1 year period starting from the first date of purchase.
  • Partners can submit a request for extension of voucher expiry period. Extension is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. 
  • Partners can submit a request for transfer of voucher to another agent/ partner. This agent/ partner must have an active account on www.eataway.com.sg at time of transfer in order receive the voucher. Transfer is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. 
  • Direct refunds are not allowed for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that has not been issued to an end customer. Partner can request for same value replacement of voucher. Replacement is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept.
  • Direct refunds for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that is issued to an end customer can be requested and subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. A refund fee that is 20% of the face value of the voucher will be levied if a refund request is approved. Eg. Face value of S$20 will be charged with a S$4 refund fee.
