TERMS & CONDITIONS

• E-vouchers are valid for use on regular-priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers or privileges.
• E-vouchers are strictly non-extendable upon expiry, non-stackable, and cannot be replaced.
• Non exchangable for cash or cash in kind.
• Applicable for all menu items unless otherwise started by specific brands.
• Valid for redemption by 31 July 2026.
• No reservation requirements unless specified under specific brands/ outlets.
• CK reserves the right to modify any conditions on the vouchers at any point during voucher active redemption period.

Katrina Group
• E-vouchers are valid for dine-in only and must be used within the stipulated period at any Bali Thai outlets, Sanchos taqueria (Paragon), Tomo Tokyo (Clarke Quay), Rico Rico (Clarke Quay), So Pho (JEM), Streats (City Square Mall), Daily Beer (Telok Ayer, Chijmes)

PU3
• Maximum discount amount is cap at SGD10.

Jeffo's
• The discount will be on total Food bill excluding Jeffo’s signature wings

Eataway Voucher Usage T&Cs (For Partners to take note)

  • Maximum expiry period of each voucher is for 1 year period starting from the first date of purchase.
  • Partners can submit a request for extension of voucher expiry period. Extension is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. 
  • Partners can submit a request for transfer of voucher to another agent/ partner. This agent/ partner must have an active account on www.eataway.com.sg at time of transfer in order receive the voucher. Transfer is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. 
  • Direct refunds are not allowed for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that has not been issued to an end customer. Partner can request for same value replacement of voucher. Replacement is subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept.
  • Direct refunds for purchased voucher/s by a Partner that is issued to an end customer can be requested and subject to approval and executed by Eataway and Converging Koncept. A refund fee that is 20% of the face value of the voucher will be levied if a refund request is approved. Eg. Face value of S$20 will be charged with a S$4 refund fee.
